Minor Bantam, 2015-2016, U12 (Guelph Minor Hockey Association)

The Guelph Gryphon Minor Bantam AE team capped off their successful season by finishing as Tri-County finalists. What a great way to end with not only a tremendous 2nd place finish in the regular season, as well as getting to the Tri-County finals. Congratulations to a great team, both on and off the ice! Thank you players and parents for all your hard work and commitment throughout the season.

It is fast approaching, my favourite time of the hockey season! It is time to start ramping up for our annual Coach4Food drive. We have secured a time slot at the Freschco on Speedvale on December 5th between 9am and 1pm. More communications will follow regarding the program and the expectations for our team. Last year we raised over 4000 lbs of food of families in need. This year I hope to exceed this amount. More to come on this initiative.

Dry Land Training Sessions have been Finalized for the Summer....

Thanks to those that were able to attend our Parent meeting on Tuesday the 19th. We will be sending out the meeting minutes shortly so keep an eye out. A sponsorship letter will soon be available and will be sent out to everyone to start seeking out Corporate sponsors for our season. Looking forward to a great season ahead! Coach Richard
