2008-2009 season registration

Early Bird 2008-2009 season registration opens May 1 and closes noon June 16, 2008.

Regular Registration will begin August 1, 2008

Registration Fees for the 2008-2009 season are as follows:

If you forgot your ID or password email support@guelphminorhockey.com with your child's name, birth date and postal code. This id will be used throughout the season for example for our online coach evaluations.

Your child's registration is not complete until full payment has been received. This payment must reach our offices within 2 business days or your spot will be opened to the next in line registrant. Those who register June 15 or 16th - ALL PAYMENTS must be received in the office by June 16, 2008 noon.

Please make the money order payable to Guelph Minor Hockey Association. We encourage that you drop the money order off at the hockey office. If you decide to mail in your money order we will not be responsible for any unforeseen delay that may prevent your payment from getting to the office within 2 business days.

During July, 2008 ALL registration applications will be be reviewed for eligibility to becoming GMHA members. Once the review is complete you will receive a second email that will communicated your GMHA member status (acceptance or denial)

If you do not receive your acceptance/denial email (by end of July) or would like to confirm that you payment has reached our office (by end of June) you may contact the office by emailing info@guelphminorhockey.com Rep and Select Fees are different then registration fees. These fees are collected by the team and are as follows: **Rep Fee is a fee for rep players which is collected in the fall. This fee is on top of the registration fee - *$550.00* **Tyke MD Fee is a fee for Tyke MD players which is collected in the fall. This fee is on top of the registration fee *$550.00* **Select Fee is a fee for select players which is collected in the fall. This fee is on top of the registration fee *$275.00*
