For accepted registrants refunds will be issued after a written request is made based upon the following:

• Full refund less $50.00 administration fee, prior to October 15, 2008 .
• 50% of the registration fee less $50.00 administration fee, after October 16, 2008 to November 30, 2008
• After December 1st no refund will be given. In the case of sickness or injury, which can be supported by medical documentation, refunds will be issued based upon a pro rata basis.
• If a player requests a refund after they have played or practiced with any GMHA team, the refund will include any applicable OMHA’s fees as this fee is non-refundable

Please submit your written refund request to the Guelph Minor Hockey Association.

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from time of notification. Refunds will be issued in form of a cheque even if paying by credit card. Refunds will not be made to the credit card.
